anyone played the survey?
Yeah, I did. Had some trouble, too. I don't know if it was the game... or me. Anyway, I could not figure out (1) how to get to the second floor, (2) Once outside I could not find a way to repair the bridge, (I must have swung that axe at every piece of wood I could see.), nor could I get out of the park by any other route. As I said, that could just be me not thinking outside the box.
Then when I had to shut down for awhile, I realized that I could not find any way to save the game. I exited anyway, and, when I went back to it, realized that it hadn't saved it automatically. I guess that's why it's called a beta.
What was your experience with it like?

do u know how to reverse the fire?
You must collect diamonds which can be used to purchase items. Purchase a fire hose at the General Store. Connect the hose to the fire hydrant out side of the burning Toy Store. Once connected, aim the stream of water at each of the flames to extinguish the blaze. You will be able to enter the Toy Store once the flames have been extinguished.
get the firey wood plank and take it to the general store, throw it on the footpath to the door. head in and buy the firehose for however many diamonds, head back and use on the fire hydrant.
Im at the last puzzle now, cant figure out how to find the gears that im assuming are the massive ones. I dug up one, reverse timed one in the museum and cant figure out the third one. Had the broken one repaired.

I seem to be stuck at un-thawing the path to the general store.
I cant find the firey wood planks mentioned in the previous post. I dont see flames on the toy store just smoke. Is this a glitch?
cant find the dandolins for the tea.
You get the planks from the bench in the park you have to hit it with the axe, there shuld be fire and smoke.
Please, excuse my language very bad, I'm french. I don't find Dandelion to make tea. The train is arrived in station and I don't know what do ?

WOW...awesome game...other than having to restart a couple times (game never saved) and getting lost once or twice...thoroughly enjoyed it

(the appel seed in the vase and the clock make his job)
and in the 2 floor are the termits
in the workshop ist a locked box you putt the termit and clock make his job

Not seeing the fire when you get to the toy store is not a glitch. you need to have restored the 2nd ability of the watch. This ability allows you to turn back time for a short while. Use that when you get to the toy store. It takes you to a time when the flames were there. The wagon moves and the flaming plank is under it

thanks paddy, kept ignoring the table in emporium, that one step had me stuck. Got through to the last task, of setting the clocks to 12:00. Getting frustrated here. Is there a sequence or what?

..same shit here too, Won over 1400 diamonds at Otto`s game in the Toystore,bought the whole friggin`"General Store",Now the pick axe has disapeared from the inventory ,Without it,It`s impossible the get the fifth diamond gear at the courtyard !

I'm looking for Otto's leg too and found out that you can go left of the general store to the train station...didn't "see" that before and was stuck...try that...that's where I am now and it might lead to the leg.
Sorry about the other post; evidently, the train station gives you lots of coal each time you go back. Otto's left leg is in the toy store under the table with the bears.

how do i get to the courtyard? i have been pointing the cursor all over the museum and even the train station still cant find the freakin courtyard! help!
paddy, i checked out your walkthrough. you said there to take the train to the museum then take the train to the next train station to the courtyard. i cant seem to find the way to the next train station, the choices are clock tower and train station which just send me back to the main station. help me please been stuck for a while now.
