Go right twice and click on the picture with the guy snowboarding. Grab all three keys and go back to the door and click the lock. Ya gotta be quick!
There are several ways to escape. I think that's sort of the point.
1) You can grab the keys. Behind the picture.
2) Look down from the start, either assemble the puzzle, or
3) Solve the math equations.
4) Grab the Rocket Launcher under the bed. Shoot the door.
I also found the night vision goggles -> shut off light -> use goggles -> look up to find anther key in the ceiling.
There are also several warped clocks hidden around the room which reset the 10 sec counter. Sometimes they have infinite uses, but I think it's a bug.
