Once you have the key click on the mouse hole 2 times and feed the family! :D
Walkthrough:
#1.Go right twice
#2.Click on box
#3. Click on every thing in the box until you see a small dark peak spot.
#4.Click on it.
#5. Go to bookshelf.
#6.Look and see where the wall and the ground meet on the left side of the bookshelf.
#7. You should see a small light gray line follow it until it meets the bookshelf click there.
#8.Get tissue.
#9. Click on doll in Items.
#10. Then click About Items.
#11. Use Tissue on Doll
#12.Click on doll again.
#13. Give Clean doll to lion.
#14. Take bag and open it.
#15. Take cookie.
#16. Put cookie in front of mousehole.
#17. Take mouse.
#18. Go to door.
#19. Click on mouse then on dark gray line on the left of the screen.
#20. Take key
#21. Click on mouse hole twice and feed the mouse family.
#22. Use key on door.
